Xiaomi scheduled an event during MWC 2024, and the latest leak suggests we might see the 14 Ultra flagship get announced on stage. A photo, allegedly of the camera’s cover glass, revealed the same shooter arrangement as the predecessor, and now we have leaked renders of the entire phone.
The images showcase pretty much the same device with one minor difference – there is a bezel around the huge camera island. The writing around the Leica logo is also different, in line with previous images.
The phone is pictured in White and Black, and both appear to be made of vegan leather, which is the latest fancy name for plastic-based panels. The frame seems to have antenna markings, which gives away the aluminum frame, but Xiaomi could decide to follow the trend and come up with a titanium solution.
Specs-wise, we expect a refresh of what we have already seen in the 13 Ultra – the same 6.78” LTPO AMOLED, four 50 MP Leica-infused cameras, one of them with a periscope lens. The new features should be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a bigger 5,300 mAh battery and Android 14 with HyperOS out of the box.
