Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ hands-on review

Samsung released just two flagship tablets this year – the nearly 15-inch Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and this 12.4-inch Galaxy Tab S10+. You no longer get an 11-inch option, which few people purchased anyway.

The Galaxy Tab S10+ is much smaller and more portable than the Tab S10 Ultra. It’s also cheaper, naturally, but doesn’t compromise on display quality or processing power. You get the same 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with an anti-reflective coating upfront.

Inside is the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ with four Cortex-X4 prime cores (one at 3.4GHz and three at 2.85GHz). Expect an 18% increase in processing and a 28% increase in graphic prowess over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 inside last year’s Tab S9 series.

You get a big 10,090mAh battery with 45W charging, which should secure ample runtimes for most tasks.

You also get the S Pen in the box. It opens up a world of possibilities for multitasking and content creation and is a fine way to get around the UI.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ hands-on

The Galaxy Tab S10+ doesn’t have a notch like its bigger counterpart, which people will likely appreciate.

Samsung is already selling the Galaxy Tab S10+ around the world. The base 12/256GB is €1,119/£999/$999/INR 90,999. You can pair it with the €180 Book Cover Keyboard Slim, which has a non-detachable keyboard, or the €260 Book Cover Keyboard, which has a backlit keyboard, a glass trackpad, and can detach from the tablet for more usability.
