Poco unveiled the F6 and F6 Pro last week, and the two devices are already on sale. Having looked at the flagship (for Poco at least) F6 Pro in both written and video form, it’s now time to turn our attention to the ‘vanilla’ F6 that is anything but ‘vanilla’ in reality.
It has a lot of specs for the money, and even beats the Pro in some areas like the dust protection and Gorilla Glass version. Plus, it’s using the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, which is an almost-flagship chipset – or at least that’s what Qualcomm and Poco want us to think. So this is definitely a very intriguing device, one that we’ve analyzed succinctly in our just-released video review, which is embedded below for your viewing pleasure.
The Poco F6 definitely doesn’t all-out lose in a competition with its more expensive sibling. In fact, for most people it might actually be the better buy, providing obviously more value for money at its lower price point, despite its shortcomings.
It’s not perfect, of course, but it might be the perfect blend of features for a lot of people given the price point we’re talking about. And who knows, in a few months, it might even get cheaper than it is now.
