Let’s talk about the top free iPhone apps first. The list was topped by ChatGPT, which was followed by Threads, Google, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
Moving to paid iPhone apps, HotSchedules ranked first, followed by Shadowrocket, Procreate Pocket, AnkiMobile Flashcards, and Paprika Recipe Manager 3.
In the games category, BlockBlast! was the most downloaded free game for iPhone users. The paid games chart was led by Minecraft: Dream it, Build it!, while NFL Retro Bowl ’26 topped the Arcade Games chart.
Talking about iPad, YouTube was the most downloaded free app in 2025, while Procreate was the most downloaded paid app.
Roblox was the most downloaded free iPad game in 2025, with Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! topping the paid games chart for iPad. For Arcade Games, NFL Retro Bowl ’26 once again topped the list.
